In support of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), IAFQE has introduced the SMART School Mobile App and School Management System, a modern digital platform designed to help schools transform into SMART Schools.

The SMART School initiative has been established as a “Professional Development for Quality Education” program to support Sri Lankan teachers, principals, and educators in their professional development.

The “Professional Development for Quality Education” SMART School Initiative has been established as a national professional development program to support Sri Lankan school principals, teachers, and educators in improving their professional competencies, leadership skills, digital literacy, and educational practices.

1. Click here to submit an application to become a member of the “Professional Development for Quality Education” SMART School.

2. Download the “Sri Lanka ECCD” Mobile app to your phone through the Android Play Store or Apple App Store. (Click here through your android mobile phone to download app to your android phone )

3. Click here to check whether an account has been created for you. (It may take up to 5 working days.)

4. If your name is visible, use your mobile number as the username and use 2026 as the temporary password. Log in to the mobile app using your username and password.

5. After gaining experience with the mobile app and SMART School system, you can upgrade your school into a SMART school. For more details, click here.
